The circuit of Alcarras has a length of almost 3800 meters and is quite wide at 14 meters. There is quite a bit of elevation in the circuit, a long straight, twisting corners, fast kinks and a chicane. Circuit is anti-clockwise so that the left side of the tires is also used once more than the right side.
Located near the city of Lleida where many hotels, restaurants and a pleasant center with many shops and cafes. Lleida is a 1.5 hour drive from Barcelona, so it's ideal to combine.

Engine

Motorcycles can be subjected to a technical inspection by Racecracks prior to the event on the following parts: Exhaust, brake and brake pads, throttle, fluid tightness, chain, tires and general technical condition.

Mirrors should be properly covered with suitable tape or folded.

You are responsible for a motorcycle that is in a good and safe technical condition.

Sound

You are allowed to drive with open race exhausts on Alcarras. max. 107 dBA at 6000RPM at 50cm distance. So that is more than twice as much noise as in the Netherlands. So you can leave Db-killer at home.

Clothing

The use of the following protective equipment while riding on the circuit and the riders' quarters is mandatory:

an undamaged leather race overall or leather pants and jacket where the jacket and pants are properly zipped together;
for level 1, a textile motorcycle suit that is slip-resistant and heat-resistant is also allowed;
undamaged leather long gloves and high motorcycle boots that cover the wrists and ankles;
a back protector;
undamaged integral helmet (helmet with only chin protection and 1 of the following approvals: the European ECE.22.05, the Japanese JIS T8133 and the American SNELL M2010.
Wearing motorcycle jeans, jet helmets and hoods is NOT allowed.

The use of cameras on the body or on the helmet is NOT allowed.

Overnight paddock

There are various facilities in the paddock (parking lot) to support the rider and his motorcycle. On the route to the hotel there is a petrol station 8 minutes drive from the circuit. The paddock restaurant will be open all day.
You can spend the night on the paddock by creating your own sleeping place. Tent, bus or caravan are a number of options. Toilets, simple showers and electricity are available.

Old oil and brake fluid can be disposed of in the special oil drains. Please put other waste in the bins and take your old tires home after the event. Also always take the blue "camping" plugs of the 3-pole 16A type with you and take grounded 220V plugs with you.
Sleeping on the paddock is only allowed on the high part of the paddock. Camping directly in front of the pit boxes is NOT allowed.

Pit box

When registering you can tick the option for your own pit box or share a pit box with others. We call sharing a pit box a "pit box spot"

Boxes are usually available from 18:30 the day before the event. When picking up the key you pay a 50, - deposit that you get back when you return the key.

Tire Service

Tires and parts can be purchased at competitive prices and can be mounted.
A stock of tires will be available. You can also change your own tires.

Adjust suspension

Ferry van Rijn from Racecracks can better adjust the suspension of your motorcycle. You will immediately notice an improvement after the session! One-off 20,- per day after which you can visit as much as you want.

Lap times

When you register you will receive a row number, but also a timekeeping sticker that you stick on the motorcycle.
Via the site: http://www.ontime.bike  you can see your lap times live and look back later.
It is best to stick the sticker on plastic or fiberglass (on the fairing) on the right side, on the side of the throttle.
Do not stick the stickers on carbon, not on top of each other with 2 stickers and not on the inside of your fairing. Also not on the frame, steel, aluminum etc and not on your body.
Do you not stick the sticker properly. Then the sticker will not register lap times. You can remove the sticker from your motorcycle after the event and throw it away.

Stick the sticker in the right place and on the right material.

The photographer will take beautiful pictures of everyone

The transport is arranged in a professional way so that your motorcycle and belongings are transported neatly. The motorcycle goes on a motorcycle crate that also holds your other stuff. Everything that fits on your motorcycle crate can be taken along. Loading and unloading takes place near Zwolle and The Hague. Zwolle by invitation only. We will also look into the possibilities of organizing a pick-up point in Oss again.

including insurance up to 20,000 for your motorcycle + stuff. Excess 750,- Damage caused by friction is not covered.

A summary of the most important things to take with you:

Your motorcycle crate will be ready upon arrival at the paddock of Crcuito Alcarras. This is very luxurious and carefree to start your driving sessions.

IBIS Styles hotel in Torrefarera. (14 minutes by car from the circuit) Address: Carrer La Variant S N, Autovia A2 Salida 461, Poligono ind Torrefarrera, 25123 TORREFARERA LLEIDA  SPAIN. Restaurant next door: PARADOR.

Parador hotel in Lleida. (22 minutes by car from the circuit) Parking garage available. Costs a bit more but is a luxurious, beautiful and good hotel. There is a good restaurant in the hotel where silence is appreciated. Not suitable for noisy groups.

Private training

We will guide riders again. We want to help these riders to reduce their lap times and improve their riding technique.
You can also request a private training together with your buddy, otherwise Racecracks will provide an equal participant.
These are groups with a maximum of 2 participants per 1 instructor. So maximum attention. Mandatory to wear a vest so you CANNOT wear the airbag vest.
Usually, during the driving training, the instructors mount a camera on their motorcycle for video analysis so that you gain even more insight into the points for improvement. This is a service provided by the instructors, so you don't pay for it.
If you have the feeling that you don't know how to safely go faster, then this is a unique opportunity to receive lessons at a higher level and thus go faster and, above all, more safely.
